The Technical Lead will be responsible for end-to-end technical leadership including migration from Dynamics 365 On-Premises to Dynamics 365 SaaS online, technical remediation, integrations, and ongoing governance. The role requires close collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring a secure, scalable, and compliant enterprise solution.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and execution of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and cloud migration initiatives.
  • Own technical remediation activities, including unsupported plugins, workflows, JavaScript, customizations migration.
  • Design, review, and govern integration architectures (e.g., APIs, middleware, enterprise systems) ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Oversee environment strategy and management across Development, Test, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and non-functional requirements, including penetration testing, performance testing, and remediation.
  • Provide technical leadership during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live, supporting defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and cutover readiness.
  • Act as the technical escalation point, proactively identifying risks and driving resolution to maintain zero critical escalations.
  • Support post-go-live AMS readiness, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse / CRM technical delivery.
  • Solid hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 custom development, plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and configuration.
  • Proven experience leading on-premises to cloud (SaaS) migrations for enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, security models, performance optimization, and environment management.
  • Experience working in regulated, enterprise environments with strict governance and quality standards.
  • Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Preferably with Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
